Premium egg tart brand PICK BAKE is launching an exclusive Strawberry Chocolat Egg Tart to celebrate its opening at Hyundai Department Store Trade Center. The new item is a special menu sold only at Hyundai Department Store and available nowhere else in the country.

PICK BAKE sells more than 5,000 tarts a day at its first store in Seongsu-dong and has racked up over 7 million views on social media. Its tarts are baked in store using a 10-tier rotary oven.

The Strawberry Chocolat Egg Tart pairs rich Belgian dark chocolate with fresh Korean strawberries, adding a bittersweet charm to the deep flavor of the egg tart. In one bite, creamy egg filling, tangy strawberry and rich chocolate come together.

“PICK BAKE is already much loved by customers for its taste and sincerity,” a Hyundai Department Store official said. “With this exclusive item, we wanted to give our customers an even more special dessert experience.”

Starting with Hyundai Department Store Trade Center, PICK BAKE plans to expand into more department stores and premium commercial districts.
