PICK BAKE sells only products baked in store that day. Baked from frozen dough, its tarts are crisp outside and creamy inside. Alongside the signature Pick Classic Egg Tart, customers can enjoy many kinds of egg tarts, including brown sugar boba, strawberry chocolat, cream cheese and lemon custard cream.

“We expect great synergy between Myeongdong’s heavy foot traffic and PICK BAKE’s brand power,” a Lotte Department Store official said.

Under its brand slogan “Pick Your Moment, Bake Your Joy,” PICK BAKE is also introducing a brand diary to get closer to consumers.

The diary was created as a gift from PICK BAKE for recording moments of enjoying dessert, days of travel and small everyday joys, and is offered as an opening promotion at Lotte Department Store Myeongdong.

“PICK BAKE is a brand that picks a moment and adds joy to it,” a PICK BAKE official said. “We hope the happy moments completed with an egg tart will be recorded and last a long time.”
