[The Public, Lee Jeong-do] PICK BAKE, with 7 million views, can now be enjoyed in Gangnam from October 1. The Seongsu-dong egg tart PICK BAKE, which went viral naturally on social media and passed 7 million views in just six days, opens at Hyundai Department Store Trade Center on October 1.

PICK BAKE is famous for premium egg tarts baked in store in a top-performance 10-tier rotary oven. “The crisp texture of a freshly baked tart and the harmony of rich custard cream deliver a special taste that stands apart from existing products,” a PICK BAKE official said.

“PICK BAKE is not just a dessert but a special brand that gives customers a new experience,” said Hyundai Department Store buyer Park Ji-hyun. “We wanted to bring the taste and excitement proven in Seongsu to Hyundai Department Store customers too.”

PICK BAKE, which started in Seongsu near Seoul Forest and has been spreading by word of mouth, is expected to bring a fresh breeze to the confectionery dessert market with its Trade Center opening.
